The brief.

A web portal that productized Cisco Migration Services at 25% of the previous price.

The problem.

Cisco's Migration Services were premium-priced and required senior expert engagement on every deal. The economics meant most mid-market customers were priced out of getting them at all.

What I did.

Designed and built a web portal that turned the migration service into a self-service product. Captured the expert decisions in templates and workflows. Rebuilt the offer at a quarter of the legacy price while protecting margin.

Outcome.

$5M in orders within weeks of launch. Inaugurated internally by Wim Elfrink, then CEO of Cisco India.
