The brief.
Customer-facing portal that gives the corporate, the employee, and InnovRent ops different views of the same active asset.
The problem.
Once a lease is live, three parties need different views of the same asset. Email and spreadsheets fall apart fast at any meaningful customer count.
What I did.
Drafted persona-driven views: employee, corporate admin, lessor ops. Specified the workflows for active-lease management, return-on-exit, mid-cycle upgrade, and damage events.
Where it stands.
In private beta with three corporate customers. Detail to expand once the beta closes.
